Everybite is a weekly subscription service that delivers fully prepared, healthy, balanced meals that kids love to eat, right to the doors of busy parents. Children have specific tastes and nutritional needs and our meals are designed by dietitians to satisfy the taste buds of both the adventurous and the picky eaters in your home. The baby meals are intended for children ages twelve to twenty four months while our kids meals cater to children ages 12 months to 12 years, and we find the perfect spot to be kids ages three to eight years old. However, we do have customers of ages!

Every week you get to pick your selection of meals from our menu rotation. Our early baby plans are $5.99/meal, and come in four plan sizes: 6, or 12 meals per week. Once you select your plan, you'll pick the most convenient delivery day for you, and we'll ship right to your doorstep! If you ever need to skip or cancel a week, it's easy to make changes to your upcoming delivery before the weekly deadline.

All of our meals are portioned for a single serving and meant to feed one child. Our 6-meal plan is perfect for a person looking for 6 dinners (or lunches) for a week. On average, our baby meals weigh in at just about 130 grams and 220 calories. Kid meals are around 300grans and 400-500 calories each. If you have multiple children in the same age group, we offer up to 16 meals per week plus, you can always order multiple plans.

On average, our weekly rotation for baby is of 11+ dishes includes:

We offer three different plans for either six, eight, or sixteen meals per week. Each week, you will have the option to choose your own meals from a rotating menu. We keep a core menu, but change up to 4 menu items every several weeks. All pricing may be viewed on the Plans Page, and individual meals range from $5.99 to $7.99.

Each week you will be sent a box of fully-prepared and ready-to-heat meals! Meals are pre-cooked and may be enjoyed cold, at room temperature, or warmed up. Upon your first delivery, you will be sent a welcome pack that includes some information about your subscription, as well as detailed information about some extras you can expect to see in your first deliveries.

Absolutely! Our you may view our kid meals menu or baby meals menu at any time.

You won't find any artificial or chemical preservatives here so all of our meals have a refrigerated shelf life of about 4-5 days. You can find a "use by" date on the back of each meal on the nutrition label. If you're ever unable to finish your meals within their shelf life, you can always pop them into the freezer for extended storage. Just be sure to microwave your meal straight from the freezer and add a few extra minutes to reach the 165° F internal temperature we recommend.

Your meals will come to you fully prepared so you just have to heat them up in the microwave. On the back of each meal, you’ll find our easy steps for heating, but generally, the meals heat up in about 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). If you’re unsure, start at 2 minutes and heat in 30–second increments until the meal reaches an inner temperature of 165° F. Our meals are packaged to be heated in the microwave (for the ultimate convenience). Although our meals can be reheated in an oven, our meal containers aren’t safe for the oven or stovetop, so you’ll have to transfer your food to heat it up. Yes! Everybite aspires to only provide 100% clean foods and that also means that the food packaging used for meals are not harmful to our food, to our body, nor to our planet. We only use high-quality, fairly priced plant fiber and clear compostable PLA products to package all our foods. Furthermore, 25% of profits from our packaging are donated to grassroots social and environmental organizations to offset carbon emissions.

To help guarantee your meals arrive in the freshest condition, there is a small shipping fee of $7.99 associated with your order. At this time, we deliver to major cities in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC. Our shipping partners offer delivery every day of the week. The exact days that we can reach you will depend on your postal code and the carrier delivering your everybite meals. Whether you're signing up or updating your typical delivery day, we'll show you all the days available to you so you can choose what's best for you.
